my message keeps getting deleted so i am gonna short version first i thank you all so much jfor the love care and what you given me HOPE , i am on the right track good orderly direction.. there was something in one jof the replys that really hit me it was something God made me so i will do what he has for me something like that,, i feel all that is given me is from god my trials and victories, its when i do what i want is when there is trouble when i try to be right in the wrong attitude as i also heard,, thankyou fjor that cause it is the way i come out so defensive i am a child of god and his purpose for me is to live ou t his will as he says in the lord s prayer thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, i will go back to group on the hill (we say it lilke that ) the hill. and use john 3:3 keep in mind that i am of spirit and be happy!!!! my last thread that got erased was alot deeper and by the end i acknowledged i am a miracle so peacefull the most beutifull and inspirational moment i have had is that i am a miracle God is so in me i love you all God Bless YOu river

I can so relate to this too. I have tried this in recovery and have only ended up shooting myself in the foot. I can at times be my own worst enemy. When I read this statement over and over I think to myself that it is not so much that i need to be right but to find out what works for me and keeps me sober. Keep coming back as you are valuable not just to yourself and your own life but to everyone that you have been in contact with in the past, in the present and who you will meet in the future. god bless
