WARM CHERRY PUFF PIE
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. biscuit (baking) mix
1 can cherry pie filling
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Blend milk, sugar, biscuit mix, butter, eggs, almond extract in blender 15 seconds or beat on high speed of mixer 1 minute. Pour into well greased 10 inch pie pan or 11x7-inch baking pan. Spoon pie filling over mixture. Bake 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
