Help someone.
Give a newcomer a phone call.
Take a deep breathe.
Say the Serenity Prayer.
Call your support group.
Consider the consequences of your actions.
Move a muscle, change a thought.
Exercise.
Connect with nature.
Read your meditation book.
Put some gratitude in your attitude.
Smile
Give someone a compliment
The little things are the BIG things.
Fasten your seatbelt,
you are in for the ride of your life.
The top of one mountain,
is the bottom of the next.
Thank God for EVERYTHING !
