This is the recipe I used yesterday to make the corn casserole for our Thanksgiving dinner. It was my first time making it. Everyone loved it! :1:
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 small box corn bread mix (The box I used was 6.5 oz)
1 TB sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Grease casserole dish (I sprayed mine with Pam.) Pour mixture in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until center tests firms
I used an 8in x 8in casserole dish.
