Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread

3 C. sugar
I C. Wesson oil
4 Eggs
16oz. can Pumpkin
3 and a half C. unsifted flour
1 and a half tsp. salt
2 tsps. baking soda
3. tsps. cinnamon
half tsp. nutmeg
half tsp. ginger
2\3 C. water
1 C. pecans (optional)

Blend sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and blend.

Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with water into other mixture.

Add nuts

Grease and flour 4 small loaf pans
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
