:195: This is my first effort at an on line anything. On June 15, 1981, the God of my understanding seperated me from alcohol and I haven't found the need to have a drink since. :29: I belong to "Fellowship of The Spirit Big Book Study Group and look forward to meeting like minded seekers of God.

A big warm welcome to Michael and Terry! I'm Frannie from Atlanta, GA. Been sober since August 2005; been around AA since March 2004. Finally got off the fence and surrendered and I couldn't be happier about it!~
This is a wonderful recovery site, I am so glad you found us. Take a look around - if you have any questions, feel free to pm any of us. Look forward to getting to know you both.

Also from Atlanta, PegJean here. Glad to have you join us. God helped me get sober 08/20/1987. I haven't spent all those years "in" AA, but have maintained my sobriety. I am back in AA and don't think I'll leave this time. I went back for the support. I was isolated and hit a crises with no support, so I remembered what life in AA was like and ran back. They of course welcomed me. I'm sure you'll receive a huge welcome from folks here and we are a BUNCH of like minded people.
