Psalms 23 for Overeaters - (If we do nothing to change)
My appetite is my shepherd, I always want.
It maketh me to sit down and stuff.
It leadeth me to my refrigerator repeatedly.
It leadeth me in the path of McDees for a Big Mac.
It destroyeth my shape,
Yea, tho I knoweth I gaineth, I will not stop for it tasteth so good.
The ice cream and cookies they comfort me.
When the table is spread before me it exciteth me for I know I shall dig in.
As I filleth my plate, my clothes runneth small.
Surely bulges and excess weight shall follow me
all the days of my life, if I change not my ways
And I shall shop in the 'Large Size Stores' forever.
