Instead of having that extra piece of pie, don't. Just don't! Give it to God.
Instead of having that extra plate of food, don't. Just don't! Give it to God.
Instead of having that pint of ice cream, just have one small scoop, eat it slowly and throw the rest out!
Instead of that second glass of wine or mixed drink, don't. Give it to God, and enjoy a good walk or a hug.
You can do it, because you know you want to. Don't ever do what you don't really want to do.
You no longer have to be compulsive or out of control. You have God Power with you.
