about the promises

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the promises from the Big Book.
I only know of one (pg 83-84) But I heard there are others. If you know the other promises, could you please share them with me.

best promise i could hold on to: if i stay with this program & learn how to turn my will & my life over to a hgher power, then He will have a better plan for my life than i ever did, & it's still working "one day at a time"
