As a Children’s Pastor at Kid’s Camp, I would often take the kids on night hikes. We would walk out into the woods and have the kids turn their flashlights off. It was pitch black and we couldn’t see in front of us. We had to stick together and very close to the person in front of us to be guided through the darkness.
