Above the box you type your post in you will see http://www.cyberrecovery.net/forums/images/editor/insertimage.gif . Click on it. In the white rectangular box paste in your url/link for your image and then hit click on the OK button. Then you will see the code for the image. Click on the submit button for the post and when your post appears you should see your image. Feel free to test here.
