Electronic Cigarette Delivers Nicotine, Not Smoke

A Chinese company is marketing a $208 electronic cigarette that delivers nicotine to users but not smoke, Business 2.0 reported Aug. 13.
The Ruyan (it means "like smoking") is marketed by a Hong Kong company, Golden Dragon. It looks and feels like a real cigarette, but has no tobacco and is smokeless and odorless. Users can buy nicotine cartridges in three strengths for the battery-powered device. Each $4 cartridge delivers about 350 puffs.
"We don't claim smoking cessation, just smoking substitution," said Scott Fraser, vice president of Golden Dragon subsidiary SBT. "It could be used to ratchet down nicotine consumption."
The Rutan is sold in China, Turkey, Israel and Australia, and FDA approval is being sought for U.S. sales.

ok so what is next? - getting loaded by osmosis? just sit next to this person and I get to take a trip and never leave the farm?
