Icon23 Baby Quit Arrival Announcement

Hi, my name is Carol. And after 40 years of indulging that dang Nicotine demon, I'm proud to announce a baby quit's arrival. I quit smoking at midnight, tonight, September 17th. Tonight before I go to bed, I will hit my knees and pray that God will do anything he wants to me but to please spare my baby quit and to help me remain smokefree. I will also hit my knees in the morning, so that I again can ask for his power to help me to remain smokefree. For I have done enough destruction to my body in all these years of indulgence, so it's time that God does with me what he wants for me.

Surrendering is the only way for me. God bless us all.

Carol

I have been free from cigarettes for 27 minutes and 4 seconds. 0 nicotine dispensers not smoked, saving $0.09. My new life of being a Ex-Smoker has created 0 minutes of better health. My smober anniversary is 09/17/2007 at 11:59 p.m.

Good for you (((((Carol)))). We are here for you to give you love, support and encouragement while you do this. We also have an Online Journals forum that some of us use in our everyday recovery and also to keep in touch with each other. This is the link for it on the board here http://www.cyberrecovery.net/forums/...splay.php?f=29 . Feel free to start a journal for yourself there also. I will be praying also.
