Way to go Teiger!

It's been almost 8 months for me smoke free.

Keep it up - one day at a time!

Hi teiger. Coming up on 5 months myself.

I forgot about the smell thing. Can you believe what smokers smell like? If they only knew.

Congrats to you both! I really thought I would never quit again after I started smoking again in 2002. I am so grateful that I have been able to do this with lots of support.

Great Job!

Congratulations, Karen!

I just celebrated 60 days off the smokes myself. It feels like an old hat by now! I just have to remember that easy does it. Just for today, I don't have to smoke or use drugs. Just for today. If I am not vigilant, I could slide right back into old habits and ways of living quite easily.
