Turnaround

Been down the road of death and despair,
thought I was indifferent and really didn't care

Aware of life, outside always looking in,
focused on the next one, not where I'd been

For granted, complacent, no vision on tap,
direction and guidance now with the N.A. map

Finally a reason, a season to live,
results are contingent on what I'm willing to give

Will I waste and squander this second chance?
or gratefully put in the effort, my life to enhance

When all is said and done, life really is OK,
LIVING the Program, "Just for Today"

So I'll live the solution, there's no other way,
because the day I said "GOD HELP ME !"
GOD showed me N.A.
