hi every one
serenity to me is total acceptance of what is, not what might be,what could be or, what should be. many a time iv'e pulled myself out of the fast lane of life, when my head is totaly still and empty of thought, that serene feeling that all is well,and that there is a place for everything and everything is in it's place that total acceptance of what is, if i could bottle that feeling i would be a rich man

Having total acceptance of things as they are. having the ability to overcome lifes obsticles with the help of a higher power. I have been able to have moments of serenity during lifes struggles lately, and that is something that is new for me, when I find those moments of serenity I enjoy them.

To me, serenity is that calmness of the mind that allows for clear thinking and perception. When I am serene, I can address the issues that face me, or allow the joy of the moment to sweep over me. When I am not serene, my mind is occupied in ten thousand directions with millions of megabits of data.
