You do the 12 Steps, then what?

Continue building character through the 10th and 11th steps. <br> <br> <br> When I took a year or two away from meetings, when I came back I felt like a newcomer and had accumulated another 4th step. I don't know how relevant this is for folks, but I've done a few cycles since I've been clean and sober. I have been trying to look for ways to help others as well. It is important not to get complacent, as everyone has said. It took me almost 2 years to get through the steps with 2 relapses along the way. Now I know the value of my recovery and hopefully I will not mess it up again.
