hi all
feel so angry and helpless, not long in from my meeting,i realy focused
i chaired the meeting, came away feeling pretty good, just in the door,
a phone call from my sister-inlaw telling me my brother had only days to live, he is in scotland 250 miles away im in england. my first reaction was to get in car and drive there tonight, im to tired to go now, my head is all over the place, guilt should have visited him early in the year, also sick
thoughts about how inconvient this is ,i'm going on holliday next tuesday,
feel guilt from them thoughts. no matter what thoughts i have tonight
i'm sure they will come out wrong, so i am going to put it in the hands of my higher power and leave it untill i can think more clearer in the morning
great to get that crap out ,thanks for being there bill Sad not ok
