BBQ Peacans
Time: 25 minutes
Difficulty: Easy Serving Size: 1 oz. Description: A snack item or an appetizer, good on a cold day. Ingredients: 2 cups pecan halves 2 tbs. margarine 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs. Liquid Smoke 1 tsp. brisket rub 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt margarine in microwave. Place pecan halves in 9"x9"x2" deep baking pan and set aside. Instructions: To melted margarine, add Worcestershire sauce, Liquid Smoke, brisket rub, Tabasco sauce and garlic salt. Stir. Pour mixture over pecan halves and mix well. Place in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring often. Remove from oven and allow roasted pecans to drain and cool on newspaper or whatever. Yields 16 servings.
