One year - that is awesome! Congrads! Did you use anything or do it cold turkey. I have been chewing that vile (I mean really VILE) nicorette gum. My quit date was February 7th of this year.

That is awesome !! ya know I smoked about everything but nicotine lol, don't know how I stayed away from that one.Here thats one of the hardest things to kick too CONGRATS to you my friend :-)

Thanks Kathie and shydawg! I did it cold turkey and my Higher Power. I did chew regular chewing gum also in place of having a cigarette. Plus I haven't gained any weight because of quitting smoking.
