Icon16 Need some advice please!

My name is Mommsie and I've been a codependent for about 12 years and doing ok for myself until now. Now I am trying to help my son's girlfriend understand codependency. And, I was hoping to find her a support group to go to in her area (north of Toronto) - does anyone know of a CODA group in York Region? I have desperately looked thru Google and CODA.org but still can't find anything. Please if anybody knows where there's a support group, could you please let me know ASAP! Thank you.

When you can not find one in Google or CoDA.org then that is it.

That is an example of setting a personal boundary in that you can not find it then trust your self and accept that there is none in your area.

I live in the USA and there is no Codependency group of any kind in my area either.

Really there needs to be more codependency groups and more codependency awareness but there is not.

I do some of the codependency Internet forums like this one but their are not many of these either. Google will hook you up with all the big sites.
