Having trouble

just wanting to be around people. I am supose to be going to parent meetings adn I am just overwelmed but the thought of being around people.. Part of it is I am so tired right now. I just came back from a violin lesson with my daughter and I am really tired again.. and I have had two naps today.. I don't think I would be so tired but my sister stoped by just before I went to pick the kids up and I was able to tell her how scared and she made feel and how angery I was. I couldn't keep it in I need to to say this for several years now.. but I stuffed it down and acted like all was fine..

I do not know about you - but some times the medications people take will make us overly tired.

Just a possibility.

Smile

Beginning to communicate is the beginning of healing. Sleep is also healing. You did not tell us much about yourself, but welcome! There is hope and recovery.

I have been really tired lately myself and I do not take any meds either.

I have been hoping that the hot weather was making me more tired, but I seem to think that I have been depressed lately.

I seem to always be sad so it is hard for me to tell when I hit a real case of depression.
