help since i quit , you know. i got fat and cant seem to loose it a bodybuilder friend of mine said that it screws up your thyriod and he was right . my matabolism went thru the floor.

I recently lost close to 20 lbs by eating small amounts of healthy foods. I gave up soda and junk foods. In my 20's I was anorexic and bulimic. In my 50's I gained a lot of weight partly due to medication. I used to drink soda everyday. I can still lose another 20 lbs and I hope I'm on my way.
