End of the road for Woolworths
I grew up with Woolworths, well it's 99 years' old. Here in the UK it looks like the end of the road as a store closure sale starts at all its 815 outlets across the country.Woolworths here as debts of £385m and there is no definite buyer in sight.
Its administrator Deloitte has said that some shops could close for good by the end of the year. Not a very happy day for its staff even though it'll probably be their busiest day ever

Oldest chain store in the world bites the big one.
That does suck.
