Icon16 Real Help Comes From God

“Real help comes from God, Your blessing clothes your people! Psalm 3:8 The Message
What are you wearing today…?
Blessings or burdens? Acceptance or Shame? Grace or Guilt? Shalom or Anxiety? Forgiveness or Un-Forgiveness? Jesus faced every single area of our lives. He faced hunger … loneliness … temptations … injustice … slander … rejection … hatred … jealousy … unrelenting needs … overwhelming suffering …unimaginable pain … and friends betrayals. And yet … He stands ready to help you today … real help … faith sustaining help … blessing help … merciful help. You may be tempted to cut corners … to shortcut God’s help … to take matters into your own hands. But … it won’t be the help that leads you to wholeness … new life … or the life that Jesus really wants you to experience. One of your deepest longings is to be clothed in God’s blessings: the blessing of His presence … the blessing of His unfailing love … the blessing of His indwelling Spirit … the blessing of His unending care … the blessing that He really does know your life–your needs –your fears–your hopes–your dreams–your struggles–and your strengths. He is “so ready” to give to you today … real help … and it only takes a moment…!
“Now that we know what we have—Jesus, this great High Priest with ready access to God—let’s not let it slip through our fingers. We don’t have a priest who is out of touch with our reality. He’s been through weakness and testing, experienced it all—all but the sin. So let’s walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help.” Hebrews 4:14-15 The Message
