Icon16 a New Life

“… whom you will call Jesus (’the Saviour’) for it is he who will save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21
What is greater than a new year…?
a New Life: Father-celebrated .. Father-accepted .. Father-loved .. Holy-Gripped .. Holy-Changed .. Holy-Sent .. Cross-Saved .. Cross-Healed .. Cross-Forgiven .. Spirit-filled .. Spirit-powered .. Spirit-abiding. THIS is your everyday life. You don’t achieve by hard work. You don’t earn it by trying harder. You don’t get it by being perfect. You “get it” because the One named Jesus was born and lived to save you from your sins: Your father-rejecting sins .. Your self-rejecting sins .. Your “just can’t stop it” sins .. Your deliberate sins .. Your should have know better sins .. Your powerless sins. Jesus has brought you new life. His life is to be your focus everyday from now on. Anything less leads to less in all of your relationships .. in all of your efforts .. in all of your love. His saving — sealing– securing life is yours today. It only takes a moment … and a moment with Jesus is greater than a lifetime without him…
“… name him Jesus — ‘God saves’ — because he will save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21 The Message
