Kicking the habit

I am trying to quit smoking for the new year. I don't enjoy it anymore, it is poison to my body, and it stinks!! My mother is on oxygen due to her smoking, and yes- she still smokes. I don't want my children to have to see me like that. I am afraid I will relapse- I only have a few hours as of now. I need support! Please give some encouragement or suggestions. Many thanks!!
