started again

HI, I stopped for about a year but have been smoking again since christmas, I feel ill, my throat/whole body hurts, head ache, my eyes look tired and my skin is bad. God please remove the obsession to smoke from me.
i hope that putting this prayer out there might help me. I want to be loving and kind to myself not make myself ill. If im finding situations to difficult to handle without a cigarette I must leave. Please higher power help me. x
