hi everybody,
my name is shane and im new to this online recovery,but grateful cuz
i`m sure it will benefit my recovery,for sure! i am also new to this whole computer stuff to,so bare with me.if you guys have any suggestions on
how i can chat or e-mail any of you i could use them.i would like to get to know you and you me,thank you

Hi Shane, To chat with a person, you can either pm or email them and ask if they would join you in our chatroom to chat. I fixed the link up there and now it has the correct link for our chatroom. To email or pm a person just click on their name, go to their profile and you will see links to either pm (private message) or email them.

I'm pretty new at this stuff too. But I am having a blast. Tammy or Jan can help you with anything you may need to know. Don't be afraid to ask. The online journals that Doraine suggested are neat. You get to have your own link and we can all come by for a visit. Friends stopping by to say hi is really cool. If you want to post emoticons in you text just cllick on the smily face at the top of the quick reply box and click on which ones you want. I'm starting to get the hang of it. So glad you joined and hope to be hearing more from you
