Heaviness Of Heart

Lord I give You this terrible heaviness of heart, whether or not Your
peace You chose to impart.

No matter what You determine to be my plight, I shall Praise You anyway
knowing You're right.

No matter whether I find myself happy or sad, I know You're the best
friend I've ever had.

My heart is heavy because a loved one has turned, with contempt and
derision I've been spurned.

The look in her eyes the distortion of her face; something beyond my
comprehension has taken place.

Nevertheless I pray Your perfect will to be done, as I lift her up in
the name of Jesus Your Son.

Guide and direct her every step of the way, may Your perfect will be
done in her life today.

May every negative spirit quickly depart, and if it be Your will also
this heaviness of heart!
