Hi my name is Keith.

I just discovered your site today. I am a Christian. In the past I have been anorexic and bulimic and was introduced to the 12 steps while in the hospital. That was years ago. I am al-anon and acoa (sort of, I don't know the abbreviations going for refering to sex addicts).

I live in Korea. My spiritual life has dried up, my thinking has gotten crazier and more depressed. The farther I have gotten from the 12 steps, the crazier life has gotten. It is time I came to the gym and started working on the "step machine" again.

I am cassie, recovering one day at a time from alcohol. Staying on the "step machine" keeps me somewhat sane and definitely sober. So please keep coming back to share.
