and a great BIG to all of our newcomers.....sorry it appears I have missed welcoming a few people again.....have been a little caught up in self recovery and my family.

I'm Felicity, living in australia, have been on my recovery journey for 6 and half years, only accepting the alcoholic addiction this year, BUT.....it's the best thing I've ever done towards healing and growing to become a better me, daily, step by step, sometimes sidewards, often forwards, it's a terrific journey and I pray you all find the same, up or down there is "always a positive to every negative"; light for dark, sun after rain.....

Hang in there, take it easy on yourself and please, learn to love and like yourself......it's awesome how we can "make the changes we want to see" when we are comfortable with "who we are" and not what we thought we were!!!!
