I think, it is you who make the program good - for you. If your bottom is today, the rehab will work no matter which one you go to.

Look in the area of the country, you want to travel and make some phone calls. Talk to them about what you want to remove from your life. They are used to helping. A phone call may send you to a better place. They will know their own track recond for your drug of choice.

Hey there Drug. I would go to an NA meeting in your area and ask around. or pick up the phone book and look for rehab referrals. Your own doctor might be able to suggest a good one. but try to check out an NA meeting and make some new friends with some people who are doing what you are trying to do. It is not so much the particular drug that we use that we need rehabilitation from...it is the whole "addiction" thing. most rehabs deal with all addictive substances...not just one. NA is free and will give you inner tools to find the freedom you seek.

just some thoughts.

I am glad you are reaching out for help and looking for soltuions.

you are the one that will make treatment work for you, or not.

good luck and I will say a little prayer for you

light and love

Gail

Any rehab you chose is only as good as what you put into it. I stayed sober with the help of an outpatient treatment facility. Good luck on your search.
