--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In Step 4, we are not writing about an event, we write about our reaction to an event; we may not have any responsibility for what happened but we are responsible for our response.

The first 9 Steps are the sprint, the last 3 are the long distance run.

The process of Step 1 is twofold: to name the problem and to admit defeat.

"All we really have is a daily reprieve based on our spiritual condition"

heard so many relapsing and wondered if the true meaning of this step is understood. What does it mean to you all.? What is a daily reprieve? What do you do when the tank is low? How do we feed and nurture ourselves each day to insure that reprieve? How do we maintain that reprieve in the midst of choas and stree?
