The above I believe is so true, sad but true. It's amazing how humans that live upon this blessed planet we call earth can curse such a gift as precious as rain!!!!......for without we are doomed!!!.....I give thank's to our Heavenly Father everytime it rains, I for one am so appreciative and grateful when it does.

I guess the fact that I was brought up in outback Australia in often very drought stricken times had aided me to be grateful for the rain.....I remember as children we used to literally dance in the rain, even when it was cold we so celebrated it!!!!....the first droplets on the dry dusted "clay pans"...one of the most delicious scents I know of......even here, every year as the rains come after summer, watching the first tinges of green come to the paddocks surrounding us....what a delight!!!!.....

Gosh I love our "living planet" and without those rains, as I said; we would be doomed.

I pray that next time you are in a hurry through the rain, trying to get to work, the shops, etc that you take a moment to praise this gift of God!!!

i was encouraged one time to appreciate the rain by just going out and taking a walk in it, stick my tongue out and catch a raindrop on it I did enjoy it, it was quite refreshing and i was filled with gratitude

If many a man didn't care for just themselves, they wouldn't have anybody to get from care from. As addicts and alcoholics, many a times in our recovery
we don't know what we want. When I had my wife, I wished for someone else. She is gone now and nobody else has cared about me.

Oh a God sent message indeed; I just had a wee reminder from one of our loving sisters ; John 10:10

"The thief shall cometh not, but for to steal and to kill, and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."

So I've told the devil to take a hike, he's had enough fun at my expense!!!!!! I choose Peace over that and I give thank's to Our Heavenly Father and the support, love and guidance of our family here;
