We all need to post about the kind of things we want here.

ANY mens topics are welcomed.
Mostly what I have learned has come from sponsorship
retreats and the mens recovery group I belonged to.

Thanks, Greg. That's where I'm at too, and could not have stated it any better than you.

It is good to have mens groups for us to share male issues and stuff women don't need to hear.

Somedays Im just sick of it, sick of being a alcoholic, sick of thinking like a alcoholic, sick of having to maintain the vigelance of sobriety, dont drink and go to meetings, ask for help, dont do the things that trigger the wish to drink, dont get to hungry angry lonely and tired.I find myself carping on days like that, im sick of myself, Im getting on my own nerves. In my next life i want to be happy go lucky, non addicted and dumb. I fall into self puty, dangerous waters and i feel angry that i cant do the things"Normal" people can, Have a beer one simple fing beer.I take a deep breath and try to remember that one beer never solved anything and the way through a bad feeling is through it not around it.
