As wonderful as it is to be sensitive to other people, this need not involve giving away your power. How you do something, you can control.
How others rect is beyond your control.
Their reaction may say far more about them than you. Even their praise may say more about them than it does about you. Your inegrity deepens when you can say to yourself, "I have done my best, and I am happy with that."
