Smile Over-Responsibility

I tend towards severe over-respnsibility so am very sympathetic towards fellow sufferers. I have certainly learned that it is possible to take some situations too much to heart. Not everything is about 'you,' your attitudes and your psychological processes. Sometimes tough and unwelcomed things happen. And you are not the cause. It is easy to worry away or seek meaning from an event when it would actually be much healthier to close the door on it and move on.
