Chicken Casserole

I made this dish for the first time yesterday and everyone loved it. It is my own recipe.
4 chicken breasts
5 packs of Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles
1 small can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cube beef bouillon
1 slice American Cheese
3 medium carrots diced
2 stalks of celery diced
1/3 cup diced green pepper
1 1/2 TB chopped onion
1 ts garlic powder
1 ts oregano
salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Boil chicken breasts until tender and pick off of the bone. Strain and reserve chicken broth. In separate pot boil carrots, celery, green pepper and chopped onion until soft then add to that cream of mushroom soup, 1 slice American cheese broken into pieces, 1 beef bouillon, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Let that simmer for a few minutes and add chicken breast. Add enough chicken broth to it to make it gravy like but don't want it too juicy. Let that simmer for about 10 minutes. While that is simmering cook ramen noodles as instructed. When ramen noodles are done, drain almost all water, put into large mixing bowl and add to the noodles 4 packs of the chicken flavor seasoning that comes with the ramen noodles and mix together well. Then mix the chicken w/gravy mixture into the ramen noodles - mixing together well. Pour in 15 x 10 casserole dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and serve.

My kids and hubby loved it. You can use spaghetti noodles or egg noodles in place of the ramen noodles.
