Jan suggested I share this so that others who have hand/arm problems may benefit also.

Being that I have problems sometimes with pain in my elbows, wrists, hands etc I am always looking for ways to lessen the movements I have to make using my hands.

One thing I discovered recently while posting is when you have typed your message in the message box and are ready to post it in the quick reply box is you can hit tab once and then hit enter and the post will be entered. If you are doing a new post you hit tab twice and then hit enter (your cursor has to be in the message box to do this one.) This way you don't have to use the mouse as much.

yes, thankyou for sharing this, Jan, I did se that you posted it to me..thankyou...any help is great!!!!....i have a wireless mouse for the laptop..but it is easier to use the tabs...i turned off the mouse pad on the key board as i had a bad habit of running my palm over it and it has extras inbuilt and i'd find myself in all sorts of probs....especially as typing with one hand i have to move it across the board....anyone come up with any more shortcuts they are always welcome, by all i feel, thankyou
